Page subheadings are now perma-hyper-linkable (is that even a word?)
Made the layout and design play nice with mobile
Added a topnav and made it fully functional on Safari with iPhone with

tabindex=0 (bleh), though not fully finished as requires some further optimisation

Some backend work to make external resources load in properly on localhost
Added "Politik" page category
Tidied up footer body text
Tidied up the banner and added a search bar (does not function yet)
Added Maple Mono font to serverside so that the specified text displayed as desired across all platforms

Added Release Notes page
Sorting of pages by modification time, excluding that of fixed entries, which will always will appear in the order that they have been set
In addition to the above, the Index page will always appear first in the listing
Fixed an issue in the layout renderer causing Horizontal Rules to incorrectly appear inside Block Level Elements
Fixed an issue in the pseudocode renderer not correcty formatting multi-line/block level comments
Fixed an issue in the markdown parser outputting image embeds with malformed HTML
